This post is going to be hard for me to write. I mean, what overweight women likes to tell the world what they weigh? But If I'm going to stay real to the point of this blog, I need to get over it.
I started weight watchers on July 22nd 2009 at a heafty 255.6 lbs! Ugh. How'd I let it get so bad? I remember being in the high 100's and thinking how awful I looked & here I am way closer to 300 than I ever thought I'd be.
But, I'm happy to say that 4 weeks later, I'm already on my way back down to the 1's. -9.6 lbs! The past month went a little something like this:
7/22 - 255.6
7/29 - 253.2 -2.4
8/5 - 250.6 -2.6 total loss -5
8/12 - 246 -4.6 total loss -9.6
On my way.
