Since starting the plan I've been very conscious of making sure we're active throughout the week. It's not that we don't have anything to do, trust me, we're busy, it's just that most of the time it's a lot small errands. Grocery store, dry cleaners, post office, Target, etc. You know the deal. Stuff that has us doing more driving then actually moving our bodies.
But I need to try and get some cardio in & I'm not really finding the time or place to do it.
I can say that when we go to the park I do try and use that as an excuse to get some activity in for myself while letting A run off her energy. Lots of following her around, up and down steps, across the bridges, climbing up the ladders, etc. And when it's super hot or raining we walk around the mall. But other than those 2 things, I haven't really nailed down a good routine for myself. Maybe I should join a stroller strides? A gym? I need to start something.
I'm feeling positive about the new jogger but I'm just praying A enjoys it. That still leaves me with the days that it's raining, snowing, super hot or super cold outside. I guess I'm just going to have to take it one thing at a time.
