Endorphins!

Wasn't planning on checking in today as the day itself was pretty disappointing & uneventful. Lots of snacking, didn't leave the house. Just one of those BLAH days. Was honestly feeling pretty bad about how the week went food wise. And I knew that if I didn't make it to the gym today, it'd carry on into my weekend and I really couldn't afford for that to happen.



So, I went. At night, which isn't my style (I'm a stay at home mom, I go during the day. duh!)

And here I am, home & showered and I'm feelin' great. Not only and I feeling good about getting my arse there, but I rRan for 15 mins straight on the dreadmill. FIFTEEN MINUTES people! That's never been done. I am SO on track for running a 5k this year. Couldn't be more excited about it.
