Sunday, oh yes, Sunday. Forgot to update ya'll. sorryboutdat. It DID go better. Went to the movies & only had a handful [okay maybe 3] of popcorn. Had a reasonable lunch and picked something from the Fit for You menu at the 99's [The Grilled Balsamic Chicken & Iceburg Wedge incase you were wondering. It was surprisingly delish!]
Ran Monday, 30 mins. Felt like I was gonna die. Nothing new there. Elliptical today to mix it up a bit. Felt good, in a bad way. Ouch. So dats dat. Week is shaping up to be pretty good. WI Thursday. Hoping the scale is back on my team. Trader.
