marked my gym membership 1 year anniversary. It came & went without me even knowing actually. It wasn't until I received a letter in the mail saying my contract had run out & I was now at will. Say whaaaaaaa?!
Wanna know what's funny though, this is the 1st time I've had a gym membership that actually had to be renewed.
The 1st time I've not paid for months & months of gym fees and not gone. (I can't even tell you how many times THAT has happened)
This is the 1st time I've gone to the gym for one year consistently and I'm proud of that.
I try to workout a minimum of 3-5 days/week. Like I've said before, I find that If I go less than 3x's, I just don't lose weight. No matter how great my week has been food wise. You just can't do one without the other and expect to lose. Well, not in the long run (more on that later). Eat less, move more and all that jazz right?
