Totally agree with the 80/20 comment! I consistently have to remind myself that workouts cannot make up for crappy eating. It is a tough lesson to learn over and over again :)

Yes, it's definitely hard to keep that 80/20 balanced but it's definitely important with weight loss.

Why does food has to be so delicious?! ;)
