Went to Runners Alley today (b/c I'm a runner now, obvs.) so I could talk to one of the guys working there about the Nike+ I've been thinking about picking up & what he thought about it. We got talking and wound up having this long conversation about running and his favorite running gear, shoes, local routes, races, etc.
Somewhere in there we started talking about how difficult it is to run outside in this weather with all this snow and of course instead of just nodding, and agreeing I was all "I know, it's so slippery, the sidewalks are awful for running! But, it's better than being stuck on the treadmill." and continued to play along for a good 20 mins. You know, b/c I'm a runner & run outside all the time. Wannabe poser!
